Edvane – Strict No Refund and No Return Policy

Edvane provides access to its workshops, courses, and certifications on a pay-per-access basis with a recurring billing structure. By subscribing or making a payment, users agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellation of Services

User-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings.

  • Access to services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during an active access period.

  • Future renewals will be stopped post-cancellation, but previous payments remain non-refundable.

Post-Cancellation Access:

  • After the billing cycle ends, access to all paid content and certifications will be revoked.

  • No holds, pauses, or extensions will be offered on unused services.

2. Strict No Refund Policy
  • Edvane does not offer refunds under any of the following circumstances:

    • Partially used services

    • Complete non-usage during the billing period

    • Change of mind or mistaken purchases

    • Technical issues from the user's side

    • Requests for pro-rata adjustments

3. Platform Errors or Billing Discrepancies

In the rare case of a platform-related error or billing issue:

  • Users may report the issue to Edvane Customer Support for review.

  • While all cases will be reviewed thoroughly, refunds are not guaranteed and remain at Edvane’s sole discretion.

  • In cases where payment is deducted but no service or certificate is delivered, the amount will be credited to the user's bank account or payment details provided.

4. Policy Acceptance

By registering, subscribing, or making a payment on Edvane, users acknowledge and accept this no-return, no-refund policy in full.
